The studio intends to cultivate and strengthen interior design decision-making abilities for a given socio-cultural context. It also aims to sensitize students toward concerns of the global world, endowing with the spirit of tolerance towards pluralism in the interior design practices of India. The studio is largely divided into four modules, emphasizing the learning outcomes of the course: KNOW the contemporary position of craft, IDEATE possibilities about the vision of the future, DEVELOP an individual design position for its future and MAKE design propositions representing the vision of future of craft.
